NRP Overview

$10,000.00 minimum investment of improvement & increase in valuation of real estate required.

Period of 5-year rebate of 95% of property taxes paid on new construction or improvement after current taxes are paid in full.

No application is eligible if construction has already began and/or completed.  Eligi construction can't begin until the application has been submitted & approved.

Property taxes cannot be delinquent during the 5-year period or the application is voided & the balance of the program is forfeited.
